I had a annoying time using the site. It felt slow and cluttered, and it took way too long to figure out where anything was. What made it worse was that the instructions and messages weren’t very clear, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do. Then checkout started acting weird too, which was basically the final straw. Definitely not worth the hassle

My order showed up with the main item exactly right, so I was relieved about that. But one of the small add-ons wasn’t the one I chose, and even though it wasn’t a huge problem, it still felt kind of annoying because I had to take extra time to figure it out.

It looks good at first glance, but once I actually used it, it felt kind of cheap to me. Not terrible, just not as sturdy as I was expecting. Did anyone else have the same issue?

It felt like I had to keep following up just to figure out what was going on. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ended up explaining the same thing more than once and still didn’t get any useful help. For me, if a company is this hard to deal with when there’s a problem, it feels like too much of a risk to order from them again.
